Meet Maria...
Maria is our Managing Director and Registered Care Manager.
Over the years Maria has had various roles in the Homecare Sector,
this has provided her with a wealth of knowledge, experience and has been recognised as a Dementia Champion for the London Borough of Hillingdon.
Maria comes from a close-knit Irish community were family is very important. Her genuine understanding, passion, bubbly, caring, 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude has positioned Ruby Grange Homecare to where it is today.
Maria strives to continually provide an exceptional level of Homecare that we would want not only for ourselves, but our loved ones too.

Meet Tara...
Tara is our Operations Director and Care Co-Ordinator.
Tara has acquired many of her mum's attributes with her genuine understanding, passion, caring, 'nothing is too much trouble', hard working attitude.
Tara regards every client like her family, she thrives on making sure that they are looked after as one of her own.
When she is not working she plays an active role in caring for her elderly Grandparents, she loves her Irish Heritage and tries to go back 'home' whenever possible.
Friends, concerts (country music), films, shopping and experiences also play a big part in using any spare time she has.

Administrator
Meet Anna...
Anna is our Office and Marketing Administrator.
Joining the team in July 2020, Anna is the newest addition
to the Ruby Grange Family.
With a wealth of administrative and marketing experience spanning over three decades in various sectors Anna's first big project is the rebranding of Ruby Grange Homecare - she is thrilled in being given this opportunity.
Anna has a positive outlook on life - loves travelling, socialising, cooking just to name a few - in amongst looking after her young daughter and husband.
